User-Centered Information Design
My latest piece is not available from my site, but
can be found at Netscape's Open
Studio. It's called "User-Centered Information Design" and discusses
some basic steps to ensure a customer-oriented focus when building Web sites.
Unfortunately, Netscape owns it lock, stock, and barrel, so I can't print it here. However, unlike the writing
I do here, I got paid for it, so, well, that assuages some of my ownership "issues."
